Late 1960′s vintage all cast iron Quincy model 325 air compressor mounted on an 80 gallon tank. At this relatively low RPM, it is between 18 and 20 SCFM. Compressor pump has full pressure lubrication with hydraulic unloaders – so when you first fire off the motor, the pump is not under a load until the oil pressure comes up…awesome design and something you hardly ever see these days. Motor is 5hp, 230V, single phase, continuous duty. (Magnetic contactor is missing in this test run video) The phrase “They don’t make ‘em like they used to.” certainly applies to this pump.
